  • Simple background (pattern, gradient) will be the default if there’s no additional custom background

TERMS OF SERVICE

Payment

  • Full payment after sketch is approved

  • Payments accepted : PayPal (for international), Gopay and Mandiri (for locals)

  • Do not use local payment if you’re not from indonesia. If you still insist using local payment, your request will be declined and you will be blacklisted

Turnaround Time

  • Completion time takes 4-7 days up to a month

  • Depends on complexity and client queue number

  • If the commission takes more than a month/delay happens, bonus bust up colored sketch will be added for free

Refunds

  • No refunds are allowed once work has started

  • Eligible for refunds if I’m unable to finish your commission (partial refund based on progress made)

Revisions

  • 2 major revisions are allowed in sketch stage (concept, perspective, background)

  • 3 minor revision are allowed during rendering stage, no further revision are allowed

  • If I missed something on the reference sheet you sent before work started (wrong eye color, missing hair clips), please contact me. It will not be included as revisions, I want to ensure the final product to be worth the price given

Rights & Usage

  • Personal use only

  • Do not use for AI

  • Credit will be appreciated if you post the commission work

  • I have the rights to post commission piece in social platform

HOW TO ORDER

  1. Read the Terms of Service

  2. Send me a DM or Email (instagram : kanzuure, email : [email protected])

  3. Provide details or reference sheet of the character for commission request (please be clear as possible to avoid revisions)

  4. Once it’s accepted, I will start my sketch stage

  5. After the sketch is approved, invoice will be sent. Payment must be completed within 3 days

  6. Once payment is received, I will start working on the commission and send updates

  7. The final piece will be sent via Google Drive link
